  • Utilize a company vehicle and fuel card to visit different sites and carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are completed within the given timescales, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with various teams, people, and clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills, which are essential for success in this role.
  • Ensure all areas of an office, including kitchens, toilets, and communal areas, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Replenish stock and consumables, such as toilet tissue and hand gels, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Embody a champion of health and safety practices, adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses, is highly desirable.
  • Hold a full UK driving license, which is essential for this position.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills, which are critical for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Be a team player and take instruction, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
