Senior Account Handler Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Handler to join our team at IPS Group. This full-time, permanent role is based in Stourbridge with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, working closely with Account Executives on renewal strategies
  • Attend client meetings to discuss complex risks and develop tailored solutions
  • Experience with systems such as Acturis, producing accurate documentation, and ensuring contract certainty
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and technical broking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in cross-commercial lines insurance broking
  • Leadership potential, with experience leading or managing teams
  • Ongoing professional development, in-house training, and opportunities for further qualifications such as the Certificate in Insurance
