Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team at Totalsecurity. As a key member of our security management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our security services across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Service Delivery: To ensure the effective delivery of security services to our clients, including rostering and deploying security officers, conducting site visits, and completing audits.
- Performance Management: To assess the performance of security officers, complete training records, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Disciplinary Procedures: To deal with company misconduct and disciplinary procedures, including issuing misconduct forms and store/site removal requests.
- Recruitment and Training: To interview and recruit staff, provide in-store training to security officers, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Welfare and Support: To conduct monthly welfare visits or telephone calls to security officers and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Security Qualifications: Must hold a valid front-line SIA Licence or be eligible to obtain one.
- Driving Qualifications: Must hold a full UK/EU driver's licence and be a competent driver, with proven ability of motorway driving in the UK.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with good organisation and leadership qualities.
- Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate.
