Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Merco Medical Staffing Limited. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading the clinical services operations within our hospital, ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of the highest level of clinical and therapeutic care, meeting quality standards and delivering against quality performance indicators.
- Provide leadership, organisation and co-ordination to the clinical services team.
- Implement effective clinical interventions and manage the delivery of the clinical services business plan.
- Ensure timely completion and implementation of action plans in respect of regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Review staffing on a daily basis, ensuring compliance against the staffing ladders and reviews trends, under or overstaffing and puts in place actions to remedy.
- Ensure that sound recruitment processes and retention plans are in place to drive down turnover and raise engagement.
- Link with local universities and HEI's to build a pipeline of Nurses and Therapists into the hospital.
- Ensure that all colleagues receive clinical supervision in accordance with professional guidelines.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of Priory policies, procedures, processes and initiatives. As a Clinical Director, you will be part of the Senior Management team and will be responsible for carrying out on-call duties as directed by the Hospital Director.
Requirements:
- Must currently hold a full clean driving licence.
- Must be qualified as an NMC registered RMN for at least 3 years.
