Gilpin Hotel & Lake House is seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge / Driver to join our team in the heart of the stunning Lake District.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and this role plays a vital part in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to every guest, exceeding their expectations.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Lake District's attractions, landmarks, and local amenities.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and partners, fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
- Contribute to a smooth and efficient operation within the hotel.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lake District region and its offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Basic computer and IT proficiency.
Possess a Private Hire Vehicle license or be willing to obtain one.
What We Offer:- Competitive hourly rate of £11.75 to £13.25, equating to £24,440 to £27,560 per annum.
- Generous tips averaging £150 - £230 per month (pro rata for part-time hours).
