Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every guest, exceeding their expectations.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Lake District's attractions, landmarks, and local amenities.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and partners, fostering positive relationships.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.
  • Contribute to a smooth and efficient operation within the hotel.
Your Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Lake District region and its offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Basic computer and IT proficiency.
Additional Requirements:

Possess a Private Hire Vehicle license or be willing to obtain one.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.75 to £13.25, equating to £24,440 to £27,560 per annum.
  • Generous tips averaging £150 - £230 per month (pro rata for part-time hours).
