About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans to enhance our company's public image and thought leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and thought leadership position.
  • Create and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify speaking and thought leadership opportunities for company executives and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
  • Create and distribute newsletters, memos, and other internal communications materials.
  • Facilitate company-wide meetings and events to promote a cohesive corporate culture.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and oversee community management to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Lead the development and publication of compelling case studies highlighting successful customer engagements and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and testimonials for case study creation.
  • Identify relevant industry awards and manage the submission process to maximize the company's recognition and accolades.
  • Showcase the company's achievements through compelling award submissions and collateral materials.
  • Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan to effectively handle unforeseen challenges or reputational threats.
  • Effectively manage agencies and budgets.
  • Develop and mentor the Corporate Communications team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution channels, and digital marketing.
  • Experience managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
