Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage clinical research studies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, professional affairs, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to drive product development and life-cycle activity.
  • Develop and implement research designs, statistical analysis, and medical writing to support product development and regulatory submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in clinical research and competitor awareness to inform product life-cycle activity.
  • Publish and present research findings in scientific forums, as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Clinical or Research degree (Masters or PHD) in Vision Science or Visual Optics or Physiological Optics, or Optometry/Ophthalmology.
  • Strong research design knowledge, hypothesis testing, and technical communication skills.
  • Experience in contact lens or medical device industry.
  • Understanding of biological and optical contributors to contact lens safety and performance.
