### Job Title: Lead Anaesthetics Practitioner

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Anaesthetics Practitioner to join our team at Stonor Medical. As a key member of our anaesthetics department, you will be responsible for managing the team, overseeing theatre portering services, and delivering high-quality patient care.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the anaesthetics department, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
* Oversee the anaesthetic team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
* Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality pre, peri, and post-operative care
* Manage resources to support patient care, ensuring compliance with CQC standards

### Requirements:

* At least 5 years post-qualification experience in a UK operating theatre setting with proven clinical reasoning skills across a varied patient case mix
* ILS (Immediate Life Support) or ALS (Advanced Life Support) qualification
* Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) pin with no restrictions
