Job Title: Floor Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at HotelCare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and quality of our guest rooms and hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained.
  • Organize and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to support the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
