Clinical Trial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to lead our clinical studies from initiation to closure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical trials, including risk management, timelines, budget, and quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical trial meetings with Lead Trial Physicians and oversee risk management strategies.
- Manage trial timelines, budget, and quality, collaborating with CODL on issues and solutions.
- Support CRO/vendor selection and lead contract negotiations.
- Supervise and evaluate CROs and vendor stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of trial materials and monitor patient recruitment.
- Implement site oversight strategy, conduct visits, and review monitoring reports for data quality.
- Keep the Trial Master File (TMF) updated and manage investigational product supply.
Main Requirements:
- Clinical Trial Management experience in Phases I, II, III.
- Clinical trial experience from start-up, execution, and closure.
- Global experience (EU, US, JAPAC).
- Experience with Immunology, Rare Diseases (ideally).
- Biotechnology industry experience (ideally).
