You will work closely with the international offices to streamline Employment practices, mitigate risk of litigation, and develop strong internal relationships with key legal staff and stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large plc with a strong brand in their sector. You will have the flexibility to work from home some days of the week, and our offices are based in Manchester, easily commutable from Lancashire, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on Employment law and HR matters

  • Mitigate risk of litigation and develop strong internal relationships
  • Provide up-to-date training and advice on Employment law and HR issues
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years PQE in Employment law
  • Strong focus on non-contentious Employment and HR advisory matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
