Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow distribution, volume, and profitability within a portfolio of On-Trade accounts.
- Take ownership of aligned territory and have the autonomy to make decisions that drive commercial results.
- Retain and grow AB InBev share and sales within Regional Wholesale Partners and Pub Companies.
- Build strong business relationships with Regional Sales Managers, key customers, and consumer groups.
- Execute call cycles and administrative duties, including territory spend and budget management.
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of products within the category.
- Develop a deep understanding of the brewing process, beer types, and styles to enhance consumer and customer experience.
- Passion for the beer industry and experience in the hospitality sector (e.g., bar work, waiter/waitress experience).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen.
