Salesforce Application Architect

Express Recruitment is delighted to represent a global IT system supplier who is seeking a talented Salesforce Application Architect to join their growing team of professionals on a permanent basis with the option of working hybrid or remotely.

As a Salesforce Application Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture design for Salesforce CRM, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and conducting design review sessions. Your ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform, with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading architecture design for Salesforce CRM and CPQ implementations
  • Conducting regular design review sessions across project portfolio
  • Contributing to and adopting architectural policies, patterns, and standards
  • Monitoring data governance and management within Salesforce
  • Ensuring data integrity and proper data flow across acquired businesses
  • Providing expertise on integrating Salesforce with various legacy systems
  • Promoting architectural best practices and coding standards
  • Identifying and aligning common processes and Salesforce solutions to optimize business operations
  • Providing technical mentoring and coaching to the wide Salesforce Development and Administrator teams

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce platform, with Sales Cloud and CPQ experience being highly desirable
  • Certified Salesforce Technical/Application Architect highly desirable
  • Able to confidently carry out data migration and governance processes
  • Familiar with MuleSoft tool desirable

E + performance-based bonuses.

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire (Hybrid/Remote options).
