An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and hands-on Commercial Finance Manager to join JSS Search, a leading business solutions provider, on an initial nine-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our finance team, the Commercial Finance Manager will collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to set clear targets to support ambitious growth plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with senior leadership to drive performance across various business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide insightful commentary and analysis on weekly and monthly trading performance, highlighting risks and opportunities for executive and board updates.
  • Lead financial planning for new business initiatives and growth strategies, ensuring optimal revenue, cost assumptions, and EBITDA maximization.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across broader finance teams for accurate reporting and optimization of overlapping initiatives.
  • Manage the budget and quarterly reforecast process, delivering concise summaries to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on a wide range of ad hoc queries to support business partners.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner in developing new business solutions and strategies, ensuring objectives are achieved.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified accountant with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience in stakeholder management.
