Private Client Partner/Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Client Partner/Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join our busy Private Client team at eNL Legal Recruitment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and experience in all areas of private client law, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train junior members of the team
  • Undertake a broad range of work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning
  • Provide guidance and support to a range of charities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' PQE
  • Experience in all areas of private client law
  • Ability to supervise and train junior members of the team
  • Desire to grow the team
