Position Overview:


As an Estimator at Damicor Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing the estimating and tendering processes for construction interiors and fit-out projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering competitive estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects across various sectors.
  • Utilizing internal systems for precise project costing and take-offs.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to determine preliminary costs.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to maximize tender opportunities and improve margins.
  • Coordinating with clients and design teams throughout the tendering phase.
  • Generating inquiries for subcontractors and materials related to custom joinery.
  • Addressing queries from subcontractors and suppliers while evaluating their quotations.

  • Participating in adjudication meetings to present comprehensive tenders, ensuring all risks are communicated.
  • Engaging in post-tender negotiations with clients.

Qualifications:
