The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Wash Plant Manager to join our team at Torr Works, a Limestone Super Quarry in the UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of operatives across multiple shifts to ensure the efficient processing and distribution of materials.

Your primary focus will be on streamlining processes and ensuring a safe working environment within the Wash Plant. You will work closely with our production team to optimize material flow, minimize waste, and maintain high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team of operatives to achieve production targets and maintain a safe working environment.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with the production team to optimize material flow and minimize waste.
