Fantastic Career Opportunity - Maintenance Plumber - Commercial Environments

Our client, a leading provider of commercial maintenance services, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance services to their prestigious contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline and maintaining accurate paperwork to support PPM activities
  • Responding to reactive and emergency faults and conducting reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPIs
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • A trade apprenticeship and relevant current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 3 or equivalent in a relevant Plumbing
  • Experience in building services is essential, with experience in a Healthcare environment being advantageous
  • Commercial Environment Experience is a must
