Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team at Virgin Media O2. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors and have a positive, winning attitude. You will be responsible for hitting agreed sales targets, thinking on your feet when handling objections, and dealing with rejections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance in a target-driven environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.

What We Offer

As a Sales Representative at Virgin Media O2, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), plus a range of benefits, including:

  • A £2,500 per year London Weighting Allowance.
  • A car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees.
  • 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off.
  • An excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%.
  • Employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance.

Requirements

  • A UK driving licence with no more than 8 points.
  • Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors.
  • A positive, winning attitude.
  • The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections.
