KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural machinery both in the workshop and at client locations.
  • Execute pre-delivery setups for both new and pre-owned machinery.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reports related to job tasks.
  • Ensure a tidy and well-organized work environment.
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics with expertise.
  • Follow company health and safety protocols diligently.
  • Engage in training programs and provide mentorship to apprentices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in various IT applications.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Experience with John Deere machinery is preferred.
