Job Overview

Practicus is seeking a highly skilled Lead Performance Analyst to join our team during a significant transformation journey. As a critical link between our data and analytics team and operational areas, you will deliver performance reports and analysis, and assist in designing and implementing a formal performance management framework.

This role will focus on driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators, develop and implement data visualizations, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics

Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar role within performance analysis or business intelligence
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Experience using PowerBI or similar reporting tools, with a working knowledge of DAX
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with an expectation to be onsite 1-2 days a week in a Hampshire office.
