Class 1 Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team in Purley, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the UK, adhering to road and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class 1 vehicles for the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the vehicle in a well-maintained condition.
  • Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time, adhering to tachograph laws.
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate handling equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Report any vehicle issues or delays to management, maintaining accurate delivery records.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
  • Driver CPC qualification and valid tachograph card.
  • Previous experience in long-haul or multi-drop driving, with a strong understanding of UK road networks and driving regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with good time management and customer service skills.
