Anti-Money Laundering Officer Job Description

At CBC Resourcing Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering Officer to join our client's Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and preventing financial crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) policies and procedures.
  • Conduct customer due diligence (KYC) and monitor transactions to detect potential money laundering activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Background in Compliance/AML with experience in regulatory or Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of AML/CTF policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
