Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join our busy Commercial Property team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Acquisitions and Disposals: You will assist clients in buying and selling commercial properties, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly managed to protect clients' interests.
  • Leasing: You will provide expert advice on leasing matters, representing both landlords and tenants. This includes negotiating lease terms, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Development Projects: You will be heavily involved in property development, advising on land acquisition, planning, construction contracts, and project finance.
  • Property Finance: You will offer legal support in securing finance for property transactions, working closely with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
  • Property Management: You will help clients manage their property portfolios, offering services related to property maintenance, tenant management, and dispute resolution.
  • Real Estate Investment: You will advise investors on the purchase, management, and sale of investment properties, ensuring that transactions are structured to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Requirements
