TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our client's team in Chichester. Our client is a reputable and growing accountancy practice with a fantastic reputation and an exciting client base made up of entertainment industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues, including corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs, and staff incentive schemes.
- Training and reviewing work of junior team members to ensure high-quality tax advisory services.
- Providing support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group, including advice on tax planning and compliance.
- Advising owner-managed businesses on remuneration planning, succession planning, and tax compliance.
- Preparing tax returns and claims, including research and development claims, VAT returns, and SDLT returns.
- Advising individuals on inheritance tax planning and capital gains tax mitigation.
- Reviewing corporate tax computations and returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- CTA qualification or AAT/ACA/ACCA qualification with a keen interest in studying towards CTA.
- Experience in corporate taxes, with a strong understanding of tax advisory services.
- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills, including monitoring timetables and budgets.
- A keen interest in learning and developing tax knowledge to stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations.
