This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in Sales Engineering or a related field. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting site visits to gather accurate information for preparing quotations.
- Creating detailed and cost-effective quotations promptly, ensuring accuracy.
- Following up on quotations and maintaining communication through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Managing queries and client relationships throughout live projects, attending meetings as necessary.
- Collaborating with the project team and other departments, assisting when required.
- Visiting customers and prospects at least once a week, with some EU travel throughout the year.
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary, 25 days' holidays + Bank holidays, which increase with tenure, and an excellent commission scheme (OTE £100k+).
