Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at Cranswick, a leading food manufacturer in Hull. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging food products, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and working collaboratively with the production team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package food products into packaging, labelling, and packing the product
  • Continuously check the quality of products on the line to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Follow required work instructions and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Proactively identify and report any quality or safety issues to the production team
  • Comply with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
