Key Responsibilities:
Operational Duties:
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific documentation standards to fulfill governmental and client requirements.
- Verify the correctness and compliance of all customs documentation, maintaining records in our document management system.
- Input customs declaration data into the system for timely processing.
- Monitor Customs files on your designated work board.
- Submit and release customs entries for all transport modes within established performance standards.
- Ensure accurate billing for clients.
- Engage with customs authorities to address any issues during the clearance process.
- Serve as a liaison among customs authorities, government entities, and clients.
- Participate in customs inspections and provide necessary documentation to officials.
- Foster strong relationships with customs officers and clients.
- Comply with all internal and external policies and regulations.
- Stay informed about import and export regulations and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.
