Job Description

**Electrical Engineer Role at Ten Staffing Ltd**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Ten Staffing Ltd. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance of all machinery and equipment at our manufacturing site.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Install and test electrical and mechanical systems, including services, distribution, and plant machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet the needs of our manufacturing site.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Supervise contractors and assist with the training of apprentices and other staff members.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified time-served electrician with current 17th edition IEE regulation certificate.
  • Experience with PLC systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
