We are seeking a talented and ambitious Newly Qualified Planning Solicitor to join our highly ranked and successful team in Newcastle. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading reputation for Planning work and contribute to the growth of our client's business.

As a Planning Solicitor NQ, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of planning matters, including planning obligations, highways and infrastructure, and contentious planning matters such as enforcement, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews, statutory challenges, and appeals. You will work closely with our clients, including local authorities, housebuilders, and landowners, to deliver high-quality results and build strong relationships.

We are looking for a technically proficient and excellent communicator who is passionate about Planning law and has a strong desire to specialise in this sector. You will have a training seat in Planning at a similar-sized practice and be able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
