We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support in various domestic tasks and to promote self-care routines. This role also includes assistance with administrative responsibilities and the establishment of a structured daily schedule.
The candidate will work with a former educator transitioning into freelance writing, who has a passion for music, particularly genres such as punk, drum and bass, and techno. The individual enjoys attending live performances, gaming, and engaging with alternative culture, including stand-up comedy and literature.
The successful applicant will be working with someone who has a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and is in the process of being assessed for ADHD, alongside managing chronic depression, anxiety, and complex PTSD symptoms. Specific challenges include executive dysfunction and heightened sensitivity to sound.
An enhanced DBS check will be necessary for this position, and any job offer will be contingent upon satisfactory references and DBS results.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the U.K. at the time of employment commencement.
