What We DoOur Direct Lending team is responsible for originating, analyzing, and structuring senior secured loans in the UK and parts of Europe. We target hold sizes of $25-125m in leveraged loans for sponsor-backed and corporate borrowers.
What You Can ExpectThis permanent vacancy offers a recent graduate with 1-3 years of experience in financial services a chance to be part of a new and scaling Direct Lending platform within a leading global asset manager. The position offers hands-on financial analytical experience in a fast-moving transactional environment.
The principle responsibility of the role is credit analysis, comprising fundamental company, market, and industry analysis as well as financial modeling that underscores the underwriting of new investments and performance evaluation of existing portfolio investments.
You'll have an active role in investment decision-making, relative value analysis of investments, the search for new business opportunities, and the management of our existing portfolio.
Analysts are also encouraged to participate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program and are supported through this process.

- Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
- Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
- Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 12 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment term of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
