GP Salaried Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salaried General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, including consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice and patient safety.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
- Experience in primary care and a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge, with the ability to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients.
