  • Undertake response maintenance repairs in social housing properties, including general response repairs and reactive maintenance.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, patch plastering, and decorating.
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Time Served or NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman.
  • Full tool set and a valid driving license, as a company van will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
