Risk and Control Specialist

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Risk and Control team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk across our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address control gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on risk management best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our risk management practices remain effective.
- Significant experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
