Job Summary:
The Senior Performance Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for supporting Client Projects within a Matrix Multi-Discipline Teams (MDTs) by providing quality assurance, management, and control services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence of Client and supply-chain adherence to contracted quality requirements within Client Programmes and Projects.
- Support Client Programmes in achieving adherence with Project-wide quality arrangements, ensuring appropriate project-specific quality arrangements are established.
- Implement quality for all activities within the scope of the programme, including Manufacturing Inspection and Test (MIT) Plans, Life-time Quality Records, Root Cause Analysis, and Quality Records review.
- Work in close collaboration with all other project functions and the supply-chain to ensure project quality is delivered consistently, safely, efficiently, and right first time, respecting Nuclear Safety as paramount at all times.
- Lead project direction from a quality perspective, with the ability to act as the Intelligent Customer as required by the client.
Requirements:
- Experience in large project environments, preferably in the nuclear or heavily regulated sector, with significant focus on Product/project quality roles and specific engineering discipline knowledge.
- Dynamic individual with a solid understanding of quality control principles and process management in projects.
- Good awareness of working in an international quality environment.
- Experience planning and conducting Internal Audits.
- Ability to carry out inspections to appropriate standards.
- Experience in reviewing Quality Records.
- Ability to analyze quality data at various levels across the business.
- Experience in applying Quality tools and techniques.
- Pro-active and flexible, prepared to plan and work on own initiative across a broad range of issues to drive performance against all dimensions of the quality systems.
- Fluent in verbal and written English language, preferably with some French or second language skills.
