Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing expert advice on our products and services.
- Process customer orders, complete finance applications, and ensure accurate sales transactions.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.00 - £10.00, with a realistic OTE of £10,000 pro rata per year.
- A guaranteed commission of £500 pro rata per month in your first three months.
