Orri is a pioneering organization dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of eating disorders in the UK. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Outpatient Occupational Therapist in eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to clients with eating disorders, working collaboratively with them and other professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating client-centered principles and innovative interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and follow-up sessions to ensure effective care and support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and discharge planning.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices, applying knowledge to inform clinical decisions and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy, with full BVAOT membership and HPC registration.
  • Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, with a proven track record of working with clients with eating disorders or other mental health conditions.
  • Experience in group interventions and supervising junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
