Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving design briefs, providing quotes, and production lead times as appropriate.
- Managing all aspects of the project, including communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Coordinating with external suppliers to outsource work, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Providing a full briefing to the production team, including daily and weekly meetings to set project targets.
- Attending site surveys and installations to ensure the final part of the project runs smoothly.
- Staff management and training, including providing or organizing training to staff members and documenting their progress.
- Overseeing quality control of products throughout each stage of production.
- Briefing in project detail to dispatch and logistics teams, ensuring finished goods are sent to packing in good time to meet collection requirements.
- Budget control and management, including ensuring projects are in line to make profit and within the budget quoted.
- Ordering materials and organizing stock control, ensuring correct materials are ordered to specification and fit for purpose.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the event industry or shopfitting.
- Experience in working with project management tools and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet software such as Excel or Numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to clients in a professional manner.
