About Our Team

The Information Assurance division is composed of a dedicated group of 12 professionals specializing in three interconnected domains:

  • Records Management
  • Data Protection
  • Information Security

Position Overview

In this role, you will collaborate with the Records Manager to enhance and maintain our records and information management strategies for both digital and physical documentation. Your expertise will ensure that our organization and its personnel receive timely and relevant guidance to meet their legal and regulatory responsibilities. As a vital resource, you will offer specialized insights and recommendations on records and information management across various levels and sectors of our organization.

This position is supported by both management and peer networks, along with a suite of resources designed to empower you in your responsibilities. The Information Assurance team is forward-thinking and dynamic, providing opportunities for creativity and innovation in our initiatives.

Candidate Profile

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a diverse set of knowledge, skills, and experience, including:

  • A recognized professional certification and/or substantial experience in records and information management or a related field;
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for persuading and influencing others regarding the advantages of effective records and information management;
  • A solid understanding of records and information management requirements, with the capability to assist business users in applying these principles within their departments;
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving, coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
