As a key member of our gearbox department, you will be responsible for stripping, inspecting, reassembling, and picking components for gearboxes while working to build plans and schedules.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, be practically minded, and have a desire to learn. No previous experience is required, as full in-house training will be provided. We are looking for someone who can identify solutions to problems and work effectively in a busy and technical environment.

As a gearbox remanufacturing technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of components and systems, and contribute to the production of high-quality gearboxes. You will be part of a long-established company within the automotive aftermarket industry, and will have access to competitive pay packages and free on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strip, inspect, reassemble, and pick components for gearboxes
  • Work to build plans and schedules for gearbox production
  • Identify solutions to problems and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
