Property Manager Opportunity in Hertfordshire

We are working exclusively with a reputable Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, seeking a Property Manager to join their team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused Property Manager to join a leading provider of Block Management services to small and medium-sized RTM and RMC developments across the South East.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local blocks, mostly situated within Hertfordshire, alongside some outliers in the neighbouring counties and London.

You will act as part of the wider property management team, ensuring clients/residents receive excellent service at all times, underpinned by a belief in value for money and accountability.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of blocks, including budget setting, insurance provision, and major works
  • Regular site visits and resident/director communication
  • Dealing with the full range of block management tasks
  • Working closely with the wider property management team to ensure excellent service delivery
About the Company

The company is a relatively new but fast-growing and highly reputable Property Management company based in Hertfordshire.

They have established themselves as a leading provider of Block Management services to small and medium-sized RTM and RMC developments across the South East.

The company has ambitious growth plans underpinned by an equally impressive new business pipeline.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years autonomous block management experience
  • ATPI preferred
  • Highly competent Assistant Property Manager looking to step up to Property Manager title
  • Driver with vehicle preferred (due to site visits etc.), free parking provided alongside all mileage payable at the prevailing HMRC rate
  • Stable career history
  • Genuine career path in a rapidly growing independent firm
