We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Partner, responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to increase business generation and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local constituencies, including business contacts and community leaders.
  • Utilize a super hub office nearby to value and convert market appraisal opportunities, and convert these properties to instructions.
  • Oversee the sales process from instruction to completion, utilizing the nearby hub office for sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best estate agent in the local area.
  • Ability to build local relationships, generate business, and market personal brand.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to offer an exceptional customer experience.
