Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily activities, such as assisting with daily routines, managing medications, and promoting independence.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment, encouraging social interaction and a sense of community among residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to maintain a supportive and effective care environment.
Requirements:
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience as a Care Assistant, ideally with a minimum of 6 months in a care setting.
  • Passion for elderly care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
  • A twilight shift schedule, with 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the next.
  • A comprehensive pension scheme.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).
  • Paid PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) checks.
  • Onsite parking and a uniform provided.
