Job Overview: We are looking for a dependable and skilled Reach Truck Driver to enhance our warehouse operations. This position requires a considerable amount of manual handling and lifting, thus physical fitness and endurance are crucial. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to a rotational shift schedule, meeting the demands of the role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach Truck Operation: Efficiently operate reach trucks to transport, stack, and retrieve items within the warehouse.
  • Manual Handling: Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods manually.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your coworkers.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow warehouse staff to ensure smooth and effective warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Reach Truck Driver is required, along with a valid reach truck certification.
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work a rotational shift schedule, including early mornings and late afternoons.
  • Attention to Detail: Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Work Ethic: Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
