About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Inheritance Disputes team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and growing the team, managing a caseload of complex inheritance disputes, and providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Inheritance Disputes team
  • Manage a caseload of complex inheritance disputes
  • Provide exceptional client care and service
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Manage finances and meet financial goals
Requirements
  • 6+ years PQE experience in DR, with a focus on contentious probate and inheritance disputes
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development and marketing skills
