We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, who will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our occupational health service. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be responsible for providing health education and promotion to clients, undertaking case management, and producing high-quality management advice reports. You will also provide clinical supervision and support to other team members, empowering them to undertake a wider range of clinical activities. Additionally, you will take a senior role in the development and provision of a high-profile and proactive occupational health service, maintaining valid and up-to-date registration with the NMC and complying with NMC guidelines.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience in case management, health education, and clinical supervision. You will be a skilled communicator, able to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
