Contracts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing building projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage building projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  4. Manage on-site labour and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and safe working practices.
  5. Conduct site safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Commercial awareness and experience in construction management.
  2. Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
  3. Health and Safety Management qualifications and experience.
  4. Strong computer literacy, including MS Office.
  5. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
