Our company specializes in the conversion of residential properties into HMOs, with a focus on delivering exceptional results. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in 1st and 2nd Fix plumbing, with experience in re-configuring properties and installing en-suite bathrooms and new kitchens.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled tradesperson with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with multiple trades and take ownership of their work. You'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

We offer a competitive daily rate of up to £150.00 per day, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm, with 30 minutes for lunch. We're looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company. If you're a skilled tradesperson with a passion for plumbing and heating, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
