Job Title: Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team at DataCareers. As a key member of our IT function, you will be responsible for leading a team of full stack.Net Developers and guiding them in delivering high-quality data services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of full stack.Net Developers and provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using C#/.Net, Umbraco CMS, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data services.
  • Design and implement accessible web applications using MVC and RDBMS skills.
  • Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Developer role with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring mid-level Developers.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and Azure skills, including Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work 1 or 2 days per week in Brighton.
